Kathy joined Vivid Clear Rx in 2021. Kathy has worked in the health insurance industry for 30 years. She has experience working for a health insurance carrier and as a broker/consultant for over the past decade. Kathy brings a unique perspective from outside the traditional pharmacy world. She has an understanding of employer health benefit plans and the interaction of the broker/consultants and employer groups including the decision making process in structuring the employer’s overall benefit plans for their employees and their families. We value Kathy’s perspective as we work in partnership with brokers and employer groups to be the pharmacy benefit manager of choice for our customers and clients.
Kathy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She and husband, Tom, have three children, all of which have some connection to basketball which is the sport of choice in the Faber household. Kathy and her family enjoy watching sports, particularly football and basketball, and time relaxing at the beach.
